房間非常次還不如中國的80年代的酒店呢！這是我住過的最次的酒店最臟的酒店了！大家一定不要在選擇他家了！希望訂房網站好好評估一下國外的酒店！

房間設施陳舊的比中國縣城裡的小旅館還差。我以為我穿越到了70年代。安排了靠公路一面的房間，晚上根本睡不著覺，路上的全是蜂鳴的機車聲音。窗戶薄如紙。對了人家不叫元首酒店，名字是原首酒店

I was delayed and checked in a little late. Requested to check out at 1pm the next day and the counter staff attended to me allowed it. However, the other staff did not agree to it as there were no indications regarding it. They could only allowed up to 12.30pm check out time to the maximum! I pleaded with them but to no avail and hence..said that I would try my best then. After which they tried all kinds of “tricks” from 12 noon to get you out! Such mean people! I was disappointed and upset!

整體酒店位置蠻方便的，離魚尾獅公園等一些景點都蠻近的，缺點可能是設施比較老，酒店原來在之前很多年應該是很不錯的，期待未來可以更新一些床品或空調設備之類的。前台服務都蠻好的，今年11月1日入住，發現自己落了一副耳機，聯繫前台確定找到了，委託幫忙保管一陣子，過陣子去新加坡出差的中國朋友幫忙去拿，感謝了。

Chose this hotel as it is located in Orchard and has spacious rooms but those are basically the only good points of this place. We did not expect anything luxurious considering the listing photos and how the hotel looks like those older ones but at least just the basic standard. The towels all had holes and threads were falling apart. There were small cockroaches crawling around in the room and bathroom. Thick dust build up in the air conditioning vents and corners of the room too. The signages were just written in pen and paper. We went down to the lobby at one point in the evening asking if we can have our towels changed but the staff only told us that ‘this is a budget hotel. tomorrow you can come back’. It is greatly shocking for a hotel like this to exist in Singapore. I’ve been to a number of budget hotels in SG, areas far away from the city center but never experienced something like this. I hope management considers upgrading or do an overall update in their quality of service because something as basic as towels and signages would definitely ruin an otherwise enjoyable experience.
